This is the true story of one man's adventure on Earth and beyond. He is not alone in his claims to have met with beings from beyond our Time and Space. We live in an age when many, many ordinary people are making extraordinary claims: claims of seeing and interacting with beings not from Earth; claims that not only are we not alone on our journey through space but that our spaceship Earth is indeed being visited by other craft and other creatures, who are making themselves known in many ways.

We humans are as different inside our minds as we are in our physical bodies and many tales of alien encounters may well originate in imagination or delusion - but what if some people tell such bizarre stories because they are recounting what really happened to them? What if so many people the world over, from differing cultures with diverse educational abilities and professions, are telling similar tales because these things are true? Truth is, in the end, they say, stranger than fiction.

Here, for you to believe or disbelieve, is one man's tale of terror and trauma, contact and communication with visiting neighbours from our own galaxy. Travellers on the same journey as us. So, I ask you to do three things:

1. Suspend disbelief until you come to the end of the story.

2. Remember that this adventure happened in 1964, long before the ‘X-Files’ hit our screens, before mainstream UFO magazines hit the bookstands and images of little grey aliens were commonplace. Long before the UK began to store the world's radioactive waste or the mass media talked of holes in the ozone layer; both of which were predicted by George's alien visitors.

3. Don't stop here. Read more. There are more than enough books, magazines and web sites to choose from. Open your mind and consider the possibility that we truly are not alone. If you discount 99% of the mass of taped interviews, video evidence, books, reports, medical evidence and artefacts pertaining to the UFO enigma, that still leaves a huge, world-wide body of claims that are hard to discount. Either we have a collective, planet-wide illusion in operation or something real is happening to real people in real time. Think about it. The most precious gift you have is your mind. Like all gifts, it is useless until it is opened.
