The Zen of Ben

This a really funny as well as enlightening read. It's rare to find cartoons that are simultaneously amusing, but which also make you think. This does both, spectacularly well! I have come to really love Ben,Gordon, and especially little Lucy the cat - please Mike & John, can we have a strip dedicated to Lucy's thoughts on the Cosmos as a companion to Ben? I cannot recommend this book highly enough. It will suit all ages and all persuasions, making its points brilliantly and without preaching. Wonderful. 10/10. When is the next one coming please...?

This review is from: The Zen of Ben: A Cartoon Guide to Life and the Cosmos (Paperback)

An excellent, under rated book, using fun cartoons as good as any mainstream newspaper cartoons and getting across the meaning of life in the cosmos in a serious way but certainly not dull. It deserves a much wider audience, well done for taking the plunge and privately publishing this gem. Ancient religions, astronomy, UFO's and just understanding the universe are all represented in this marvellous, very reasonably priced book.

Does It Rain In Other Dimensions?

It is a compelling account of extraordinary human experience with non-human intelligences, coupled with complex and thought-provoking information.

From the foreword by Mary Rodwell, Principal of ACERN and Vice President of Star Kids Project (SKP) USA.

This wonderful, thought-provoking and honest book tells Mike Oram's story, an account of a gentle man, a guiding spirit and a messenger from the stars.

Ellis Taylor, author of Living in the Matrix.

This book is not only a unique account of one person's struggle to come to terms with the awesome reality of alien contact over many years - it also offers a microcosm of the whole UFO phenomenon spanning many decades. This book is a must for all those concerned with the truth about alien contact, and whether you are a believer or a sceptic, there is little doubt that you will find its revelations both challenging and thought provoking. This is a fascinating and intoxicating book, written with so much sincerity it really was a pleasure to read. You would have to go far to meet a more gentle and sincere guy than Mike Oram.

Beyond Photography

At journey's end you may find yourself a believer, a doubter or simply an intrigued wonderer... Whatever the outcome, the process of journeying is likely to prove provocative and stimulating and - as with the mysterious images fleetingly captured by the authors' cameras - inspiring and potentially enlightening.

Brian Sibley Writer and Broadcaster.

This amazing story is backed up by many photographs taken at the time and opens up a whole new Pandora's box of questions as to the nature of our reality. Written by two frank and honest people, this book is a must for all those interested in the paranormal and for those who have pondered the age old question, “Are we alone?"

Tony Dodd, Leading UFO investigator and author
